Vendor Application Form

The Kamloops International Buskers Festival takes place July 25 – 28, 2024 in beautiful Riverside Park. On average over 10,000 visitors attend the festival over the four days, providing a great opportunity to showcase your unique products to an engaged audience.

We will accept vendors who are selling their own products or offering a unique service. We look forward to animating our space with a variety of vendors!

A standard booth space is 10’ x 10’ and the registration fee for one booth/vendor is $35 per day or all four days for $100.

NEW: This year, we will be opening up our vendor area to allow for non-profit and similar minded community groups. Groups who would like to participate must still submit an application form and include information about their organization, as well as what they will be doing at their booth at the Festival.

Community booths must offer interactive experiences, like games or creatively themed activities, and are not permitted to sell any items.

For community groups, a standard booth space is 10’ x 10’ and the registration fee for one booth/vendor is $10 per day or all four days for $35.

Our preference is that you attend all 4 days, but if that's not possible, please let us know and we will work on a schedule that is not disruptive to the event. The event hours of operation are below: 

  • Thursday, July 25 - 5 pm - 9 pm
  • Friday, July 26 - 11 am - 9 pm
  • Saturday, July 27 - 12 - 9 pm
  • Sunday, July 28 - 12 - 5 pm
